How long does a refund take?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days after we approve the return.
What is the return process?
1. Contact support to get a Return Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Ship the product back to the address provided.
3. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement.
How do I return an international order?
Please contact us for instructions. Generally, the customer prepays return shipping, and the refund amount will exclude original and return international shipping fees.
What voids the warranty?

How do I make a warranty claim?

What is the warranty period for your sunshades?
We offer a one-month warranty from the date of delivery.
What issues are covered under warranty?
The warranty covers material or workmanship defects, such as peeling coatings or broken brackets, under normal use conditions. It does not cover accidental damage or misuse.
What if the received size doesn’t match the description?
Please contact us immediately with photos of the product and its packaging. We will verify and arrange a replacement or refund.
What if the sunshade keeps falling off?
For static shades, clean the window and spray a small amount of water to improve cling. For suction cups, wet the cups before pressing firmly to remove air bubbles. If issues persist, contact us for replacement parts.
Do I need any tools for installation?
No tools are required. Most shades use static cling, suction cups, or telescopic rods for easy installation. Make sure your window is clean and dry (or slightly damp for static shades) for best adhesion.
Will the sunshade fit my specific car model?
We offer both universal-fit and model-specific sunshades. Please check your vehicle details before purchase, or contact us for advice. Some universal shades can be trimmed for a better fit.
